Carry Out Catering must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.
The serving calculations we use are approximate and subject to change.
They are meant to serve as a guide to help you in placing your order.
They are not exact and will obviously depend on how you choose to serve the food.
 
Prices are as stated if you pick up the food cold and reheat it yourself.
A $5 surcharge will be added to each item that must be heated at the Café and packaged ready to serve.
All catering orders require a 50% deposit at the time placed.
 
Cajun Classics
 
Red Beans & Rice
A gallon will serve approximately 24.
A serving is 2/3 cup of Red Beans over white rice (included).
Gallon $60 ($2.50 per serving)
1/2 Gallon $40 ($3.33 per serving)
Jambalaya
Each gallon will serve 16 cup-sized portions.
Gallon $55 ($3.43 per serving)
1/2 Gallon $35 ($4.37 per serving)
Creole Gumbo
A gallon will serve approximately 24.
A serving is 2/3 cup of Gumbo over white rice (included).
Gallon $60 ($2.50 per serving)

Dirty Rice
Each gallon will serve 16 cup-sized portions.

Catering Specialties
Crawfish, Shrimp or Chicken Etoufeé
Each gallon serves approximately 16 full dinner portions.
A serving is 1 cup of Etoufee over white rice (included).
Gallon for $90 ($5.62 per serving)
1/2 Gallon for $60 ($7.50 per serving)
Stove Top Reheating: Pour sauce into a pot and heat over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until product starts to boil.
Add meat until sauce returns to boil. Remove from heat.
Shrimp or Chicken Creole (Very hot & spicy)
Each gallon serves approximately 16 full dinner portions.
A serving is 1 cup of Creole Sauce over white rice (included).
Gallon for $90 ($5.62 per serving)
1/2 Gallon for $60 ($7.50 per serving)

Each 5-6 Lb Pork Loin serves approximately 16 slices.
1 Pork Loin $80. Approximately $5 per slice
2 Pork Loins $110 (serves approximately 32 slices, $3.43 per slice)
3 for $150 (serves approximately 48 slices, $3.12 per slice)
Alligator Sauce Piquant (Very hot & spicy)
Each gallon serves approximately 16 full dinner portions.
A serving is 1 cup of Sauce Piquant over white rice (included).
Gallon for $95 ($5.93 per serving)
1/2 Gallon for $65 ($8.12 per serving)
